What I love about working at BMO:

I really enjoy working in a Christ-centered practice with loving staff and doctors. I look forward to coming to work each day and seeing our smiling patients.

Family/History:

I was born and raised in Raleigh, NC. I attended East Carolina University, (Go Pirates!) Where I met my husband Gerald, who is serving our country in the United States Army.

Fun Facts:

  • I have two German Shorthaired Pointers; Shiner and Ruby
  • I enjoy swimming, and in my free time I teach swim lessons
  • I love to laugh and make others laugh

What I love about working at BMO:

I enjoy the people here at work—the doctors and staff are wonderful, and getting to know the patients and their families.

Family/History:

I was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. I am married to Kevin, and we have two sons Daniel and Adam, two wonderful daughters-in-law Christianne and Cody. Kevin and I are the proud grandparents of one grandson and four granddaughters.

Fun Facts:

  • Kevin and I have been married since 1983.
  • We attend Mount Vernon Baptist Church, where Kevin currently serves as the youth pastor.
  • Some of my favorite things include beautiful flowers, good conversation, and laughter.
  • My favorite place to travel is to the mountains. I love going there with my whole family for Thanksgiving.

What I love about working at BMO:

I love the family-like atmosphere and the level of professionalism exhibited at BMO! As a newer team member, I am especially grateful for the willingness on everyone’s part to be so helpful and patient.

Family/History:

I am married to my husband Richard and we have two daughters, Elizabeth and Emily.

Fun Facts:

  • I am the youngest of nine children and a “Preacher’s Kid.”
  • I am former Kindergarten teacher at Trinity Academy of Raleigh.
 

Ginger

Clinical Supervisor, DA II

What I love about working at BMO:

I’ve been in orthodontics since October 1981. This is my home and my family. Orthodontics is my passion and I love learning new things—even after all this time—and seeing how orthodontics can make a difference in someone’s life!

Family/History:

I was born and raised a half-mile from where I live now in Garner, NC. I’ve been married to my loving husband, Scott, since 1981. We have one daughter named Alex.

Fun Facts:

  • My family and I attend Shiloh Baptist Church in Garner—the same church I grew up in.
  • I enjoy spending time at the beach, and with my great-nieces and nephews.
  • My daughter is getting married in 2018, so I am looking forward to grandchildren in the near-future.
  • I also love baking and doing all types of crafts.
  • I have two dogs—a Chihuahua named Tiki and a Maltipoo named Mossy.

What I love best about working at BMO:

I love the doctors and staff and the caring Christian atmosphere. I also love interacting with the patients and seeing the progress in their smiles. I look forward to coming to work each day and working for the best orthodontists in Wake County.

Family:

I have been married to my husband, Richard, since 1980. I have two sons. My oldest son is married and lives in Raleigh. My youngest son and wife are missionaries in East Asia with my two granddaughters.

Fun Facts:
  • I attended Wayne Community College for Dental Hygiene
  • I have been a part of the BMO Team for 30+ years
  • I would rather be outside than inside
  • I have a 9-year-old daughter with four legs- a Yorkie-Westie mix named Princess

Orthodontic Assistant, DA I

What I love about working at BMO:

I love working in an atmosphere that serves God. I cherish the relationships I get to build with my co-workers and every patient we encounter.

Family/History:

I was born in upstate New York but raised in Wake Forest, NC. I have been married since October 2015.

Fun Facts:

  • I have been with BMO since September of 2011
  • I took a contsruction course in high school and helped with many Habitat homes in RDU
  • I love classic cars- you will likely find me at a car show during the summer

Orthodontic Assistant, DA I

What I love about working at BMO:

Being a part of this practice is more like being part of a family. I enjoy coming into work every day and spending time with my co-workers. I love relationships and building them with every patient I see, and consider it a joy to be a part of their lives.

Family/History:

I was born and raised in Raleigh, and have been married since 2006. I have four children- three beautiful girls and one handsome boy.

Fun Facts:

  • I have been a part of this practice since I was eight years old. I came as a child and teenager for treatment with Drs. Stone & Hixson. I have worked here since 2003.
  • I love to laugh all the time. I enjoy quoting comedies and the TV show “Friends.”
  • I enjoy working out (not running. I hate running.), Jimmy Fallon, vacuum lines, Target, country music, and burgers. Math makes me cry.

What I love about working at BMO:

I love coming to work knowing I get to work with different patients and helping them build a confident SMILE on their face that they will enjoy for the rest of their life!

Family/History:

I was born and raised in Rocky Mount, NC.

Fun Facts:

  • I enjoy spending time with friends and family and during my free time
  • I enjoy playing soccer and volleyball
  • I have two dogs; Oreo and Daisy

What I love about working at BMO:

I love that I get to work in a Christian atmosphere surrounded by friendly staff and patients.

Family/History:

I’m originally from Richmond, Virginia. I recently moved to Wendell with my husband, Andrew, and our dog, Miley

Fun Facts:

  • I graduated with a degree in Psychology from Bridgewater College.
  • I enjoy singing and listening to music in my free time.
  • I am really passionate about community service, and I love volunteering with my mom for Remote Area Missions, which is an organization that teams up with many different doctors in different specializations to provide free healthcare for those that can’t afford it.

What I love about working at BMO:

I love working at BMO because I get the opportunity to meet new people every day, as well as see the occasional longtime friend/patient of our practice. The doctors and staff here are as special as the parents and patients they see each day. The Christian atmosphere provides for an excellent place to work.

Family/History:

I was born and raised here in Wake County and currently live in the Garner area. I’ve been married to my husband Joe, since November of 2003. We have three kitties, Kitty Kat, Gizmo, and Tucker, and one puppy, Minnie Jo.

Fun Facts:

  • I love NC STATE basketball and football! GO PACK!
  • I enjoy shopping, baking, laying out by the pool, or going to the beach.
  • I also enjoy spending time with and spoiling my niece, Summer!

Financial Manager

What I love about working at BMO:

What I love about working here is that it is an environment where each employee cares for each other and the patients. This combination of care creates an enjoyable experience for both employees and patients.

Family/History:

I was born and raised in Iowa. I grew up in a small town and we had a farm on the plains of the Midwest. I also served churches in Chicago, IL and Charlotte, NC. In the evenings, I teach martial arts to both kids and adults. Most weekends I am speaking at apologetic conferences, and working on different writing projects. I have been married to my wife, Molly, since 2013. We have two Labradors; Wrigley and Bailey.

Fun Facts:

  • I absolutely love coffee.
  • I am a published author and advisor for political and worldview organizations.
  • I am a huge fan of all professional teams from Chicago (e.g., Cubs, Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks).
  • I teach at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Capital Theological Seminary, and Instituto Biblico Reformudo Neuva Providencia (Columbia, South America).

What I love about working at BMO:

I am thankful to work with such a kind and encouraging staff, who love and pray for one another.

Family/History:

I have lived in Raleigh since I was five years old. I married my husband Andy in 2016.

Fun Facts:

  • I enjoy painting and reading.
  • I love taking hikes with my dog, Holly.
  • I listen to and appreciate all genres of music; my favorite is instrumental.
