What I love about working at BMO:

I really enjoy working in a Christ-centered practice with loving staff and doctors. I look forward to coming to work each day and seeing our smiling patients.

Family/History:

I was born and raised in Raleigh, NC. I attended East Carolina University, (Go Pirates!) Where I met my husband Gerald, who is serving our country in the United States Army.

Fun Facts:

  • I have two German Shorthaired Pointers; Shiner and Ruby
  • I enjoy swimming, and in my free time I teach swim lessons
  • I love to laugh and make others laugh

What I love about working at BMO:

I love the family-like atmosphere and the level of professionalism exhibited at BMO! As a newer team member, I am especially grateful for the willingness on everyone’s part to be so helpful and patient.

Family/History:

I am married to my husband Richard and we have two daughters, Elizabeth and Emily.

Fun Facts:

  • I am the youngest of nine children and a “Preacher’s Kid.”
  • I am a former kindergarten teacher at Trinity Academy of Raleigh.

What I love about working at BMO:

Being a part of this practice is more like being part of a family. I enjoy coming into work every day and spending time with my co-workers. I love relationships and building them with every patient I see, and consider it a joy to be a part of their lives.

Family/History:

I was born and raised in Raleigh, and have four children ranging from preschool to middle school (HELP ME).

Fun Facts:

  • I have been a part of this practice since I was eight years old. I came as a child and teenager for treatment with Drs. Stone & Hixson. I have worked here since 2003.
  • I love to laugh all the time. I enjoy quoting comedies and the TV show “Friends.”
  • I enjoy working out (not running. I hate running.), Jimmy Fallon, vacuum lines, Target, country music, and burgers. Math makes me cry.
  • In my free time, I'm on the soccer field coaching for the NCFC
 

Ginger

Clinical Supervisor, DA II

What I love about working at BMO:

I’ve been in orthodontics since October 1981. This is my home and my family. Orthodontics is my passion and I love learning new things—even after all this time—and seeing how orthodontics can make a difference in someone’s life!

Family/History:

I was born and raised a half-mile from where I live now in Garner, NC. I’ve been married to my loving husband, Scott, since 1981. We have one daughter named Alex.

Fun Facts:

  • My family and I attend Shiloh Baptist Church in Garner—the same church I grew up in.
  • I enjoy spending time at the beach, and with my great-nieces and nephews.
  • My daughter is getting married in 2018, so I am looking forward to grandchildren in the near-future.
  • I also love baking and doing all types of crafts.
  • I have two dogs—a Chihuahua named Tiki and a Maltipoo named Mossy.

What I love best about working at BMO:

I love the doctors and staff and the caring Christian atmosphere. I also love interacting with the patients and seeing the progress in their smiles. I look forward to coming to work each day and working for the best orthodontists in Wake County.

Family:

I have been married to my husband, Richard, since 1980. I have two sons. My oldest son is married and lives in Raleigh. My youngest son and wife are missionaries in East Asia with my two granddaughters.

Fun Facts:
  • I attended Wayne Community College for Dental Hygiene
  • I have been a part of the BMO Team for 30+ years
  • I would rather be outside than inside
  • I have a 9-year-old daughter with four legs- a Yorkie-Westie mix named Princess

What I love about working at BMO:

I love working in an atmosphere that serves God. I cherish the relationships I get to build with my co-workers and every patient we encounter.

Family/History:

I was born in upstate New York but raised in Wake Forest, NC. I have been married since October 2015.

Fun Facts:

  • I have been with BMO since September of 2011
  • I took a construction course in high school and helped with many Habitat homes in RDU
  • I love classic cars- you will likely find me at a car show during the summer

What I love about working at BMO:

I love that I get to work in a Christian atmosphere surrounded by friendly staff and patients.

Family/History:

I’m originally from Richmond, Virginia. I recently moved to Wendell with my husband, Andrew, and our dog, Miley

Fun Facts:

  • I graduated with a degree in Psychology from Bridgewater College.
  • I enjoy singing and listening to music in my free time.
  • I am really passionate about community service, and I love volunteering with my mom for Remote Area Missions, which is an organization that teams up with many different doctors in different specializations to provide free healthcare for those that can’t afford it.

What I love about working at BMO:

I love working in such a friendly, Christian atmosphere where the staff loves and takes interest in the lives of both each other and our patients.

Family/History:

I was born and raised in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania and moved to Wake Forest in 2014 to attend Southeastern with my husband, Kean. I graduated from SEBTS in May 2017 and now encourage my husband as he finishes his degrees.

Fun Facts:

  • My husband and I got married on New Year’s Day in 2014.
  • We have two guinea pigs - Meeko and Kenobi.
  • I enjoy all types of crafts, especially crochet.

What I love about working at BMO:

I love the family-oriented atmosphere at BMO. Everyone is fun, loving, and caring. We truly treat each other just like family, and I look forward to going to work every day.

Family/History:

  • I grew up in South Bend, Indiana. I am not from the South, but I got here as quick as I could.
  • I have lived in Wake Forest for over 10 years.
  • I am a proud soccer mom of two boys. One is a freshman at Wake Forest High School and the youngest is at Wake Forest Middle School.

Fun Facts:

If I’m not on the sidelines cheering on my boys for a soccer game, I can probably be found in the kitchen baking, spending time at the beach, or running on the Neuse River Trail training for my next marathon.

What I love about working at BMO:

I love coming to work every day because I know that I am working with a fantastic staff and doctors who care about our patients and treat them like family.

Family/History:

I was born and raised in Angier, North Carolina.

Fun Facts:

  • I attended UNC-G for Archaeology.
  • I love to travel and spent three summers living in Greece.

What I love about working at BMO:

At BMO, I know that I get to do more than just serve patients through treatment, I get to learn about them and pray for them. Furthermore, I am assured that this is the heart of the entire team at BMO.

Family/History:

My Husband and I recently moved to Wake Forest from Greenwood, SC to attend Southeastern Seminary. I attended my undergraduate program at Winthrop University to receive a Bachelors of Science in chemistry.

Fun Facts:

  • Lived in more than 10 cities
  • Pole vaulted through high school
  • I love living in other cultures and learning languages.

What I love about working at BMO:

The positive, supportive and welcoming environment of the staff here is unbelievable. It is a privilege and a blessing to work alongside these men and women every day.

Family/History:

I was born and raised a Texas girl, but have had the joy of living all over the world as an adult. I discovered Raleigh when I moved here for seminary back in 2010 and just recently moved back to make it home.

Fun Facts:

  • I love reading, watching movies and television, dancing, sports, traveling, and learning and experiencing new things (especially new languages and cultures).
  • I'm a huge music buff and I enjoy listening to an unusually wide variety of genres, as well as singing and playing around with my guitar.
  • My favorite movie is The Princess Bride--aka possibly the greatest movie ever made--and if you haven't read the book, it might be even better.

What I love about working at BMO:

What I love about BMO is the Christian environment that is here. Everyone is loving and really cares for one another. They really reflect Christ in their work and in their lives. BMO really seeks to take care of their patients and meet their needs. I have only been here for a short time, but I already feel like I am a part of the BMO family.

Family/History:

My best friend is my wonderful husband, Ryan, and we have a precious cat named Athena. We are both from Mississippi, and we met at William Carey University. We moved to Wake Forest in August 2018 to attend Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and we are loving North Carolina!

Fun Facts:

  • The cool kids call me TanyeWest.
  • My husband and I are both students at SEBTS and our desire is to serve the local church or to church plant in the northern area of the US or wherever God takes us.
  • We are covenant members at Imago Dei Church.
  • I love traveling so much, that I have been to a total of 7 countries.
  • Chocolate. With almonds. MY FAV.

What I love about working at BMO:

I ADORE the people with whom I get to work! They are the kindest, sweetest, most genuinely thoughtful people you'll ever meet. And on top of that, I love getting to make our Smile For A Lifetime program a reality for our patients!

Family/History:

I was born + raised in Cleveland, Ohio, where my parents still live in my childhood home. I got married in 2010 and moved to NC with my husband 6 months later! In 2017, we brought home our beautiful son, whom we cannot get enough of.

Fun Facts:

  • I volunteered with Young Life for almost 10 years!
  • I love traveling -- both domestically and internationally
  • I taught high school history for 5 years
